Orcus
Engineering a dark pool agent that encrypts strategy at the source, decides inside a TEE, proves its work, and settles across EVM and Sui.
Trading intent stays sealed until the trade is finished.
Orcus removes readable strategy from the public mempool. A user encrypts an intent in the browser, deposits into a chain-specific vault, and lets an authorized agent evaluate conditions inside an Intel TDX enclave on 0G Compute.
Each decision produces an immutable receipt on 0G Storage before the vault settles the swap. The same product path spans six EVM networks and Sui, including real Uniswap V3 and DeepBook executions.
A private trading system across several execution models
- Browser-side ECIES encryption
- TEE-sealed decision agent
- Multi-chain strategy vaults
- Oracle-enforced settlement
- Immutable decision receipts
- Cross-chain trading dashboard
A public mempool revealed the trade before settlement.
When a strategy reaches a public network in readable form, searchers can infer the intended trade and reorder transactions around it. The user loses value before the strategy has a chance to execute.
Avoiding that leak required more than a private interface. Encryption, confidential compute, authoritative condition evaluation, oracle protection, vault permissions, audit receipts, and chain-specific settlement all had to hold one security boundary.

What We Were Really Solving
This was a coordination problem across confidentiality, agent authority, execution safety, and independent proof.
-
Encrypt intent at the source
Keep strategy unreadable from the browser through on-chain submission.
-
Confine private reasoning
Decrypt and evaluate only inside a sealed TEE environment.
-
Limit agent discretion
Let deterministic code and vault rules remain authoritative over funds.
-
Make decisions independently verifiable
Anchor the market inputs, condition trail, verdict, and settlement link.
One sealed path from strategy to settlement
0G provides the shared privacy and proof layer, while each destination chain retains custody rules, oracle checks, and atomic settlement.
- 01
Encrypt in browser
ECIES-256 turns the user’s strategy into opaque bytes before it leaves the client.
- 02
Store sealed intent
A chain-specific Strategy Vault holds the deposit and ciphertext while preserving user withdrawal controls.
- 03
Decide inside TEE
The agent decrypts in Intel TDX, computes indicators in code, and uses sealed inference only within defined authority.
- 04
Prove and settle
A receipt is anchored on 0G Storage before oracle-protected execution settles through the selected chain and DEX.
Private intent with enforceable execution boundaries
The delivered system separates what must remain secret from what must remain publicly enforceable.
- 01
Source-side strategy encryption
The dashboard supports natural-language and advanced conditions, then encrypts the normalized strategy locally.
- 02
Hybrid decision engine
Code calculates indicators and decides typed conditions, while sealed AI produces constrained reasoning or evaluates free text.
- 03
Guarded strategy vaults
Contracts restrict the agent, enforce attestation and replay protection, check an oracle floor, and preserve cancellation paths.
- 04
Multi-chain proof trail
Every settlement references an immutable decision receipt, whether the swap runs on an EVM chain or Sui.
Confidential compute, contracts, proof, and product UI
Encrypted strategy builder
Simple and advanced modes produce a reviewable strategy before local ECIES encryption.
TEE agent runtime
One agent process per chain watches intents, builds market snapshots, evaluates conditions, and submits signed execution.
EVM strategy vault
Solidity contracts enforce custody, attestation, oracle floors, nonces, cancellation, pausing, and atomic swaps.
Sui settlement path
Move hot-potato types force release and settlement into one transaction while preserving the oracle floor.
0G proof infrastructure
Confidential inference runs on 0G Compute and immutable decision receipts are written to 0G Storage.
Cross-chain dashboard
Users create strategies, inspect vault state, follow activity, aggregate history, and verify receipt details.
Privacy backed by execution proof
Orcus combines cryptography, confidential compute, smart contracts, oracle controls, autonomous agents, multi-chain settlement, and a coherent trading interface.
The result is a working private execution path with real Uniswap V3 and DeepBook trades, plus a receipt that makes every automated decision inspectable after settlement.
